We ask that you provide notice for custom orders as early as possible, however, at least two weeks notice is required. Please allow more time during holidays and for larger orders.
While we try our best to accommodate rush orders, requests may be accepted based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Rush orders include any custom requests/orders that are made with less than two weeks notice. All rush orders will incur a 20% fee in additional to the total amount of the order, and must be paid in full when booking.
Full prepayment is required for all orders under $100. A 50% non-fundable and non-transferable retainer fee is required to secure orders of $100 or more. The remaining balance of your order is due exactly one week before the event date, if no payment is received your order will be canceled and your retainer fee will not be refunded. Payment methods include Cash app, Zelle, and PayPal.
Refunds & Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation on your behalf, payments and retainer fees are non-refundable and will NOT be issued under any circumstances. For all custom & signature cakes, no refunds and/or transferable options will be given to move your retainer fee around to other dates. We do not issue credits for any order or under any circumstances.
Savage sweets has every right to cancel your order, and if that is to occur, you will receive only your retainer fee as a refund within two weeks of the cancellation.
- We will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
- All of our products are peanut & tree nut free, however our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
